Here. The Obama Blair partnership. Horrible, for sure. Tony Blair has been correctly labelled a chameleon in it, by the press. They should have gone further and identified him as a greedy and deceiving apostate which is what he is. Apparently.
If Tony Blair were a Christian he would have commented on the fact that Barack Obama is a false Messiah of global significance with 'a catalogue of blasphemy' behind him (who can't quote one scripture correctly, who does not quote scripture without horribly distorting it, most of the time) who should not be being 'commended' for his treatment of the sacred scriptures under any circumstances.
Tony Blair is a strong advocate, we learn, of the "New World Order" Barack Obama has called for; he has always been a very strong proponent of an authoritarian regime and draconian security measures such as the micro chip surveillances that are being introduced and other justifiably unpopular measures, such as Guantanamo; all the authoritarian measures that president Bush stood for, essentially. He was a strong advocate of the chip identity card system which now seems to be expected to appear in Britain ( according to reports.)
The political greed of Tony Blair apparently knows no limits. Likewise, his determination to take so many people for simpletons. ( And why not, when after thousands of years of human history they dance and clap and weep for a world significant false Messiah en masse at the first cue.) He converted to Catholicism because he ( apparently) thought that aligning himself with the then new ( and still very unpopular) Pope would create for him political influence and some sort of 'guaranteed spiritual standing'. He liked the idea of photo shots of himself with Pope Benedict. (Confession of sin, repentance and salvation through Christ Jesus isn't good enough for Tony Blair, he apparently thinks). The spirituality in a pose and facade such as Tony Blair demonstrates is not of God. No need to elaborate.
The current Pope hoodwinks Tony Blair's type of belief system instead of confronting it. For political purposes. That is obvious apostasy ( for the sake of political expedience).
Tony Blair quickly spotted an opportunity with Barack Obama who Christians have observed 'with grave misgivings'. He would, he thought, attempt to save Barack Obama's face by helping him to pass himself off to the completely uninformed as a practicing Christian and Barack, in turn, would turn to Tony Blair for assistance with many of his PR moves while promoting him in the political sphere: they have a deal. It is thought that Blair may be Obama's ambassador for 'the peace by which many may be deceived and destroyed'; Tony Blair is Middle East Peace envoy for the United Nations. (click). 'On 27 June 2007, he officially resigned as Prime Minister of the United Kingdom after ten years in office, and Blair was officially confirmed as Middle East envoy for the United Nations, European Union, United States and Russia. Blair originally indicated that he would retain his parliamentary seat after his resignation as Prime Minister came into effect; however, he resigned from the Commons on being confirmed for the Middle East role, by taking up an office for profit. President George W. Bush had preliminary talks with Blair to ask him to take up the envoy role'.

He demonstrates that his beliefs are world politics centred and nothing to do with the faith involved in discipleship to Jesus. Tony Blair denies the value of Jesus, who said 'I am the way, the truth and the life, and no one comes to the Father except through me.'
Have nothing to do with Blair's version of Christianity, he is false. Stay away from him, from everything he stands for. Switch off all media when he appears if necessary. He's advocating the way of death, spiritual death, which is being cut off from God for eternity. He's also smooth and smarmy. You've got other things to do than be annoyed by a smooth and smarmy apostate. :-) ( Jesus said, 'by their fruits you shall know them'.)
A quick look at the BBC comment on a Revelation prophecy as interpreted by some scholars who name themselves 'historicists': ( it's abit ridiculous for the BBC to suggest that emperor Nero was a 'hate figure' for Chrsitians: he was a persecuting Roman despot and lunatic.)
'Symbolism of the seven-headed beast
'The infamous seven-headed Beast that rises from the sea demanding to be worshipped symbolises Rome. By John's time seven emperors had ruled over Rome and Rome was known as the city of seven hills.
The number of the Beast - 666 - has always puzzled Christians and led to many speculations about who this could be. Scholars now believe that this was a matter of numerology, a popular puzzle in ancient times. The letters of a name were ascribed numerical value and added up to give a number.
The name of the Emperor Nero adds up to 666.
Historians believe that Nero's persecution of Christians in Rome may have entered the consciousness of early Christians, making him a hate figure.
However, evidence from ancient manuscripts indicates that 666 may not have been the number of the Beast.
In the late 19th century, British archaeologists working at the site of the Egyptian city Oxyrhynchus discovered a cache of papyri that were brought to Oxford, where academics have been working their way through them ever since. One of these papyrus fragments is of the Book of Revelation and gives the number of the Beast as 616.
Working on the same principle of numerology, academics work out 616 to indicate the Emperor Caligula. Caligula had had a statue of himself erected in the temple in Jerusalem, greatly offending Jews. If John indeed was a Jew from Palestine he would have known this.'
The Blair -Obama event is interesting in respect of certain bible prophecies that some scholars believe to be about the transgressions of Vatican Rome. And in respect of Vatican Rome's ( undoubted) contributions to the 'New World Order' that Barack has overtly called for.'And the ten horns which thou saw are ten kings, which have received no kingdom as yet; but receive power as kings one hour with the beast.
These have one mind, and shall give their power and strength unto the beast.
These shall make war with the Lamb, and the Lamb shall overcome them: for he is Lord of lords, and King of kings: and they that are with him are called, and chosen, and faithful. (Revelation 17:12-14)
'I saw a woman sit upon a scarlet coloured beast, full of names of blasphemy, having seven heads and ten horns. (Rev 17:3)'
There is the 'woman sitting on a scarlet coloured beast', 'the whore of Babylon'. In a subsequent Revelation description, she is described as 'seated on many waters' ( a reference to peoples, multitudes, nations and languages according to the scripture) and she's named 'mystery, Babylon the great, mother of harlots and abominations of the earth.'
Many scholars suggest that the Revelation image 'the whore of Babylon' represents apostasy. Others , extending this, suggest she represents Catholic Rome and the Vatican and accuse Roman Catholicism of complete apostasy. She is described in the book of Revelation as being drunk on the blood of the martyrs, the saints killed. Many cite the Papal edicts that blasphemously attempt to replace the authority of Christ by the Popes' ( rendering these Popes 'false Christs'). Rome's history of corrupt Popes and the extraordinary persecution of so many Christians amounted to the deaths of many millions of martyrs over a relevant period. (We will look at this more in detail soon in a separate post). Writers make focused allegations about corrupt Popes of the historical past and their acts and also comment about the popular and gentle John Paul II.
My understanding at the time of researching Rome's terrible past is that Pope John Paul II did indeed ask for full forgiveness for Rome's past acts.
One writer makes an important observation here about one of John Paul's remarks:
'In a 4/3/91 letter written by Pope John Paul II, addressed to "my beloved Muslim brothers and sisters," the Pope said, "I close my greeting to you with the words of one of my predecessors Pope Gregory VII, who in 1076 wrote to Al-Nasir, the Muslim ruler of Bijaya, present day Algeria: 'We believe in and confess one God, admittedly in a different way, and daily praise and venerate him, the creator of the world and the ruler of this world.'" The name Allah, was not invented by Muhammad, but was the name of a pagan god, long known and worshiped in the Middle East. In pre-Islamic days, Allah worship was on par with Baal worship, both originating in the Babylon region and both being Astral religions: the Sun, Moon, and Stars were the objects of worship. An Allah idol was one of some 360 idols in the Kabah, the sacred building at Mecca, now containing the famous black stone, a place of Islamic prayer and pilgrimages., the place to which the faithful turn to pray, again not new to Islam, but a practice of very ancient origins. The tribe into which Muhammad was born was devoted to the god Allah, Allah being the personal name of the Moon god. That the Pope worships a god other than the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ ought not surprise us when one considers that both Islam and Romanism come from the same Babylonian stock. There is evidently more to 'Babylon' than is written into either of the interpretations of the Revelation image the 'whore of Babylon' cited above. The term 'Babylon' in the book of 'Revelation' infers the history and legacy of the world's unrighteous politics, idolatry, unrighteous commerce and profit.... etc. ( Babylon's dispensation). You can investigate 'Babylon' all over the web. ( Nebuchadnezzar was the great monarch of the Babylonian empire BC 625-538 ).
There is room to suggest that in the very 'last days', as a global government emerges incorporating the old forms of world governance inferred by the term 'Babylon', the separate nations, represented by ten rulers, ( politicians or alternative representatives with experience in politics who are rulers but have no Kingdom) will be sacrificed to make way for the new global governance. This suggestion is apparently being made by some. (Bible students present a number of different interpretations on this scripture.)
REV 17:16 And the ten horns which thou sawest upon the beast,these shall hate the whore, and shall make her desolate and naked,and shall eat her flesh, and burn her with fire.REV 17:17 For God hath put in their hearts to fulfil his will,and to agree,and give their kingdom (on earth) unto the beast, until the words of God shall be fulfilled.
'Amid unceasing and almost countless fluctuations the Kingdoms of modern Europe have from their birth to the present day averaged 10 in number. They have not since the breaking up of old Rome been united into one single empire, not one whole like the United States of America' wrote a prominent 'historicist view' proponent a decade ago. However this picture,-with the New World Order called for and emerging- looks a little different now. Barack and his administration seem determined to make a 'global empire'.
A great global financial crash/disaster to be experienced by 'Babylon' in the 'last days' is outlined in the first part of Revelation chapter 18; it's outlined directly after the scripture quoted above.
People have observed that currently, the global markets seem poised for a crash / disaster, just as the American President prepares this 'New World Order' ( global government) that he has called for. Many people are saying that this financial crash/disaster has already occurred , (or is already occurring).
Earlier we had a look at the sonamed 'futurist view' on certain 'beasts of Revelation' prophecy verses (click), we looked at these with reference to the Barack Obama question.
Tony Blair and his formal link to Roman Catholicism and his own personal apostasy is a matter to observe in context perhaps.

Satan is sometimes named in the bible as 'the god of this age', in other words he dominates the Zeitgeist of whichever era that persuades people not to believe in God. The ungodly trends, the 'spirit' of the age.' The Lord Jesus conversely is unchanging and steadfast. More in an article here.
