Recently my blog, at http://www.fjlathome.blogspot.com, which I, Felicity Lowde, called 'Streams of Consciousness', which exhibited my work, and, in a peaceable way, told the story of recent events and much that I have been subjected to over the past three years , was suspended by blogger while they investigate the legal position.

The evidence and creative work, the contents of my blog is safe. My blog is only suspended; all the work is backed up, and it is also all printed out in the offices of lawyers.

For the first appeal I instructed Hickman and Rose, Human Rights specialists (Noam Almaz). sadly I was let down by trial counsel ( a solicitor advocate hired by Mr Almaz) who failed to put significant defence evidence into Court, and abused the defence in other ways.

I was falsely accused in a Magistrate's Court over an issue of 'cyberstalking'. (The formal allegation against me is very small, but the libellous noisem abuse campaign and so on being made against me is very large). I was tried in absentia. The case was not adjourned, although I was diagnosed with exhaustion; no defence counsel was present at the trial, and police/CPS had- in collusion with Special Branch, where I have been investigating documents as part of my history research- deliberately withheld hard drives which lawyers defending me, need access to, in order to prove my innocence. My hard drives containing my work were seized on the basis of false allegations made against me. I was found guilty in absentia, and sent to jail for six months for no reason. This was two years ago.

The case was first appealed in the Crown Court, and the appeal is ongoing. There is as yet no definitive verdict in the original case.

The area I research in is very competitive. I am the victim of a harassment/sabotage and libel campaign, the authors of which appear to be making themselves known all over the web in various 'triumphant outbursts'.

The allegations being made about me in Court, then on the web and in the press are visibly false, libellous and abusive in the extreme. Such behaviour obviously amounts to criminal harassment. There was an horrific 'Wanted campaign' against me, which was a prize example of Internet abuse at its worst. These abusive people have no sense of shame. Mostly, their ambitions are media trivia and making quick sales. I have been harassed / stalked in the extreme, by some very abusive people intent on destroying me with lies and libel.

Over the past year a large quantity of horrific abuse that went up about me all over the web has been taken down, but it has been filed. The press abuse was particularly bad. One newspaper ran a huge front page titled 'Show no mercy' in capital letters.

I am also being sued by the Commissioner of the Metropolitan police, whose Special Branch department ought to have made the documents that I was researching, which are on my hard drives, available to the public under the thirty-year rule. They seek a gagging order. This case is in Chancery Lane. It is my belief that this office has been contacting blogger in order to try to suppress my evidence and my research. (Some others making false allegations about cyberstalking who have been sabotaging me have also been contacting blogger. This is currently being investigated. ) The Commissioner's office ( & Special Branch in the case) wants to interfere with the hard drives, and extract evidence from them relating to my research while the re-trial in the Crown Court is going on. It is attempting to get an order permitting this, from Chancery Lane.


I appreciate all your thoughts and prayers, and of course offer my apologies for the temporary suspension of the other, full blog which many good friends, readers and colleagues were closely following.

Preparation for the first appeal was handled by Noam Almaz of Hickman and Rose . This work, which still stands, (although all the evidence collected has not yet been seen by the Court) was subject to strain, due to false allegations that I had breached orders attached to the conviction that was made in my absense . These allegations were designed to get me sent back to jail for no reason, cause me maximum vulnerability and inconvenience, harass Noam Almaz of Hickman and Rose, and disrupt the appeal work.

The case against me concerning these allegations ( paragraph above) was thrown out of Court by a District Judge in early September 2008.

I am on the web very little at present: focused on life in London, and all that needs doing. The appeal continues. Thankyou for your thoughts and prayers.
